Karaka Bay Project Summary - A high-end renovation in Karaka Bay transformed a compact bathroom and laundry into a spacious, refined bathroom by reconfiguring the layout and relocating the laundry. Featuring premium fittings, a seamless finish, and a striking tiled feature wall, the result is a calm, functional space that reflects the home’s architectural quality.
Located in Karaka Bay, this high end architectural renovation involved reimagining a compact bathroom and laundry to create a more spacious and refined bathroom environment. By opening up the existing footprint and relocating the laundry into the garage, the layout was transformed to better suit the home and enhance everyday functionality.
The bathroom was fitted with Newtech bathroomware throughout, paired with a discreet inbuilt ceiling extractor fan to maintain a clean and seamless finish. Every element was carefully considered to achieve a balance of practicality and elevated design.
A striking tiled feature wall forms the focal point of the space, with the intricate floral pattern wrapping seamlessly through the shower, into the window reveal, and continuing into the shower niche. This detail adds depth, texture, and a sense of craftsmanship, creating a visually captivating and cohesive result.
The finished space delivers a calm, refined bathroom that maximises both form and function, while reflecting the high end architectural nature of the home.
